History

The Global Insurance Directory is one of several online insurance directories launched by Adjusters Asia, an independent loss adjusting firm located in Hong Kong, China.

Its predecessor, the Asia Insurance Directory, has its origins in the contact list of an independent loss adjuster. Read more about how that contact list eventually grew into an online web directory.

With the code from that initial project at our disposal, it was decided to launch several regional directories with the goal of offering a more localized listing service to the companies and organizations located in other regions of the world.

Not-For-Profit

Each directory is a nonprofit entity dedicated to providing a comprehensive listing of companies and organizations associated with the insurance industry worldwide. Although operating on a not-for-profit basis, we do seek to break even at some point, and your generous sponsorship will go a long way in helping us to achieve this goal.

Currently under development is a jobs section, allowing both companies and individuals to post jobs and resumes (CVs) free of charge.
